Plus Point Terms

These Terms of Use govern your relationship with UNISON EDF Plus, (“UNISON”) and the UNISON EDF Plus Points Service (the “Service”)

  1. Cancellations
    1. All cancellations of registered accounts take effect immediately upon action by UNISON EDF Plus.
  2. Modifications to the Service and the Agreements
    1. UNISON EDF Plus reserves the right to unilaterally modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice to you for any reason, and UNISON EDF Plus shall not be liable to you or any third party should UNISON EDF Plus exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. In the event of program cancellation, UNISON EDF Plus will not refund Plus Points balances to you.
    2. UNISON EDF Plus reserves the right to modify the terms of the Service at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the Service following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
    3. UNISON EDF Plus reserves the right to charge or modify fees at any time for access to all or portions of the Service. UNISON EDF Plus so elects to modify its fees, it shall notify you via email and shall post notice in other appropriate locations on the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that UNISON EDF Plus has a correct email address for you. UNISON EDF Plus is not responsible for any failed communication due to an incorrect email address or your failure to view any email from UNISON EDF Plus.
  3. Plus Points
    1. Prior to Enrolment: You will not accumulate Plus Points based on any transactions you engage in prior to your automatic enrolment in the Plus Points reward program.
    2. Plus Points Accounting: In any event, UNISON EDF Plus will attempt to credit your account with Plus Points on a timely basis. However, you have the responsibility of making sure that your Plus Points are properly credited. Please retain copies of your purchase receipts or allocations for your records. Any claim you may make for Plus Points which you earned through the Service but which we did not credit accurately to your account must be received by us within 60 days of the date you claim you earned them.
    3. Plus Point Earning: You may earn Plus Points by use of the site’s features and services. UNISON EDF Plus retain the right to change the value and ways in which points are earned at any time and without prior notice to active members.
    4. Expiration of Plus Points: Plus Points that we awarded (notwithstanding the Plus Points listed as pending) do not expire.
    5. UNISON EDF Plus Disclaimers: UNISON EDF Plus has no liability for any printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors in any medium regarding the earning, redemption or accumulation of Plus Points or any other aspect of the Service or for any delay or failure to credit Plus Point to your account. UNISON EDF Plus reserves the right to remove Plus Points from your account if UNISON EDF Plus determines that such Plus Points were improperly credited to your account or obtained fraudulently. UNISON EDF Plus reserves the right to require proof of purchase for the accumulation of Plus Points, and UNISON EDF Plus Inc. reserves the right to delay the processing or redemption of any Plus Points without notice to you as UNISON EDF Plus deems reasonably necessary to enforce compliance with these Terms of Use.
    6. Returns: Should you return an item or items purchased through the Service to the merchant for any reason or reasons, the associated Plus Points you earned on that purchase or purchases may be debited from your Plus Points account and would not be eligible for redemption. Points redeemed for a purchase may be refunded to your account instead.
  4. Membership and Renewals
    1. All memberships’ upgrades are recurring unless cancelled. All memberships are annual.
